For over thirty years, our organization Benefit Administrators, Inc. (BAI) has been paying dental claims for companies in Erie and the surrounding area. Our goal is to administer these dental plans in a prompt and efficient manner on behalf of out client and providers.

Vision Providers

Benefit Administrators, Inc. administers vision plans for approximately 2500 employees or 6000 people in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Our goal is to administer these vision plans in a prompt and efficient manner on behalf of out client and providers.

Steps to becoming a Participating Provider

When inquiring to become a participating provider, we will provide you with the following:

• Client list
• Fee Schedule
• Agreement
• Dental/ Vision directory

If you agree to participate, reimbursement for services rendered would be the lesser of your normal charge or the amount stated pm the fee schedule. Your participation will be effective as of the date of the signed contract.
